4. What Happens After You Submit

Our review process follows three steps:

• Step 2 — Review: Our team verifies that the notice is complete, coherent, and relates to a platform we distribute. We may contact you for clarification if necessary.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in your area
• Your signature, either handwritten or electronic

6. Legal Consequences of False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by the other party.
